In Chefchaouen, explore the Spanish-style square surrounded by unique arts and crafts shops, restaurants, and cafes for lunch before we head to Fes for the night.
After breakfast, the day is spent exploring Fes, the oldest imperial city and a center of Arab-Muslim culture founded by Idriss II. Highlights include the Mosque of the Andalusians, the tanneries, the potters’ district, and the Medina.
Lunch is served in a palace within the Medina. In the afternoon, we visit the Hispano-Moorish buildings and the Medersas Nejjarine.

Traveling through Tizi Ntalghamt, we enjoy stunning views of the Ziz gorges and the changing landscape as we approach Errachidia. After lunch, we continue to Erfoud, Rissani, and Merzouga.
After some mint tea, we check into our hotel and embark on a 90-minute camel trek to a Berber camp in Erg Chebbi, home to North Africa’s tallest sand dunes. We spend the night in Berber tents equipped with mattresses, blankets, and pillows. After dinner, we gather around the fire to enjoy traditional Berber music under the stars.
We’ll rise early to witness a stunning sunrise over the dunes and enjoy a camel ride at the hotel.
After showering and having breakfast, we’ll head to Tinghir and the Todra Gorges before reaching the Dades Valley, where we’ll have dinner and stay overnight.
After breakfast, we drive through the Dades Valley to Kalaat M’Gouna and Ouarzazate, with plenty of photo opportunities along the Road of a Thousand Kasbahs.
We’ll explore the Valley of Roses and Skoura before heading to Ouarzazate, known as the “Hollywood of Africa.” Lunch will be at the renowned Kasbah Ait Benhaddou, Morocco’s largest kasbah.
After visiting this UNESCO site, we continue through the breathtaking Tizi n’Tichka pass, reaching 2,260 meters in the High Atlas Mountains, where we’ll pause to take in the stunning views. We arrive in Marrakech in the late afternoon.
Today, we explore Marrakech, the Red City of Morocco. Our guide will take you to historical and cultural sites, including the Koutoubia Mosque, Saadian Tombs, Bahia Palace, and Ben Youssef Koranic School.
As we stroll through the medina, you’ll witness various craftsmen at work before reaching the famous Djamaa El Fna. Enjoy lunch at a nearby restaurant, then visit the Majorelle Gardens and the Gueliz district in the afternoon.
